Led by Mark Goodwin (Hall of Fame, Legal 500), the team has decades of experience at DLA Piper and has a proven track record acting for insolvency practitioners.

On all invested cases, Optimise financially supports the work of the IP to make the best possible recoveries for the creditor estates.

The creditor estates receive an upfront payment and an agreed percentage of the final recovery on the claim.
